~ Hydrate yourself! Drink lots of water throughout the day.
~ Avoid caffeine. This can dehydrate you and make you feel sick.
~ Try not to eat at least 1 hour before the class. Eat light!
~ Arrive at least 20 minutes before the class. Reduce the stress!
~ Class is 90 minutes. Prepare to stay for the entire class.
~ Remove your shoes. R-e-s-p-e-c-t!
~ Register and/or sign in at front desk before entering dressing room.
~ Turn cell phones off and leave in your locker. Let 'em wait!
~ Wash off any perfumes, colognes and/or oils from the body.
~ Go to the bathroom before class ... so you won't have to during!

~ Enter quietly.
~ Refrain from talking in the yoga room. Keep the peace.
~ Ask questions before or after class ... not during.
~ Bring water with you and keep it near.
~ Place at least one towel on top of your mat.
~ Your goal is to stay in the room!
~ Practice stillness between the postures.
~ Focus on just yourself in the mirror.
~ Work hard!
~ Have fun!

~ Rest quietly in final savasana ~ meditation for at least two minutes.
~ Please do not leave the room before the teacher has exited.
~ When you do leave, leave quietly. Respect your fellow practitioners.
~ Continue to drink water throughout the day.
~ Come back to class as soon as you can!
